have/get + object + past participle
Used when we don't do something. Something is done for us:
hair cut
coat cleaned
flat cleaned
car washed
car serviced
website re-designed
washing machine fixed
photo taken
laundry done
dress made
passport renewed
tonsils taken out

To give instructions (more US usage)
I had my PA send out some emails.
I'll have my accountant check it out.

Also when someone does something to us:
I had some money stolen from my hotel room.
