– aisle = pasillo (muy importante, no confundir con island).

Uso de there is / there are (implícito)
Aunque no aparece literalmente, muchas frases podrían construirse con There is / There are:

Este patrón es básico para describir lo que hay en el supermercado.

Preguntas con do, can y where

Organización por pasillos
En muchos supermercados angloparlantes es muy normal hablar por aisle + número:
in aisle 5, in aisle 7.
En España se habla menos así de forma cotidiana, pero en inglés es muy habitual.

“Produce section”
El término produce es muy típico en inglés para frutas y verduras frescas. No se dice literalmente “fruits and vegetables section”, aunque se entendería; se prefiere produce section.

Caja tradicional vs autoservicio
La presencia de self-service checkouts es muy común en Reino Unido y otros países: pagas tú mismo, escaneas tus productos, pagas con tarjeta y listo.
Las regular tills son las cajas con cajero, más parecidas a lo que los hispanohablantes están acostumbrados.

Usar siempre Excuse me, please, thank you y have a nice day hará que tu inglés suene amable y natural, aunque cometas errores en tiempos verbales o vocabulario.
En un supermercado, la fluidez y la cortesía importan mucho más que la gramática perfecta.
