Well, I always have a shower before I have breakfast ... erm … to wake up! I usually go to work in the morning, but sometimes I go in the afternoon. When I go to work in the afternoon, I have lunch at home and then I have a siesta. Lovely!
In the evening I often go for a run on the beach. I never go swimming because I can’t swim!
